When high-pressure fluid passes through a fine pore module under pressure, the pressure drops sharply to form ultrasonic flow velocity. At this time, particle impact, cavitation, turbulence, and shear stress occur in the fluid, causing damage to fluid cells, atomization, emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, liposomes, and other phenomena.
Compared to existing mixers, homogenizers, ultrasonic dispersers, ball mills, etc., the dispersion technology of Nisshin Nano Disperser can improve the stability of fluid quality and is widely used in industries such as electronic materials, life engineering, pharmaceuticals, food, fibers, coatings, cosmetics, etc.

Operating principle

The Nano Disperser process involves the rapid passage of high-pressure fluid through narrow gaps in the interaction chamber, triggered by the activation of the plunger. At this time, the rapid decrease in pressure inside the fluid results in the formation of supersonic flow velocity. The particles inside the fluid are subjected to collision, cavitation, turbulence, and shear forces, which break down the aggregated particles into nano-sized fine particles, causing the composition of the fluid to exist in a homogeneous state
